3. Creating a User Account

Creating a user account on VisAIonaryVenus.com involves the following steps:

1. Registration: Users provide the necessary information, including username, email address, nickname, and declare that they are over 18 years old by checking a checkbox.
2. Account Creation: After providing the information, we create the user account.
3. Email Notification: The user receives an email containing their username and a temporary password generated by us.
4. Login: The user must log in with this information to continue the registration process, select their preferred membership type, and start the trial period.
5. Password Change: For security reasons, the user must change the temporary password. It is recommended that the password be at least 8 characters long and include lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
6. Providing Billing Information: At the time of purchase, users must provide billing address and name (full name, country, city, address, postal code). Currently, billing is only available for individuals.
7. MyAccount Page: Users can find and modify their personal, billing, shipping, and payment information, purchases, subscriptions, and memberships on the MyAccount page. They can change their password under the “Edit Account” tab by knowing the old password.

4. Privacy

After the subscription expires, data deletion can be requested according to the “If there is no active subscription” point.
• Data deletion may be refused if laws require their retention or if the data controller has financial claims against the consumer. Such cases include:
• Compliance with a legal obligation requiring data processing under Union or Member State law applicable to the data controller (e.g., billing).
• Performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller.

5. Payment Terms

To use the services on VisAIonaryVenus.com, the following payment terms apply:

• Payment Methods: Payment is only possible by credit card through the secure STRIPE payment system.
• Trial Period: The 7-day free trial period starts after registering the credit card details in the STRIPE system. No money will be deducted at the beginning of the trial period, and the first deduction date can be viewed by clicking on the subscription. During the trial period, users have full access to the daily premium content and services, receiving the content link via newsletter but not access to archived, previous content.
• Subscription Fees: After the trial period, users automatically pay a subscription fee of €15/month. The subscription fee includes access to premium and archived content and special offers.
• Billing Cycle: The subscription fee is deducted monthly, the day after the trial period ends. Once the deduction has occurred, we cannot refund the deducted amount, and the service has started.
• Cancellation Terms: The subscription can be canceled at any time during or after the trial period. Users can cancel their subscription under the “MyAccount” page, the “Subscriptions” tab, using the “Cancel” button. The cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
• Discounted Subscriptions: We offer discounted subscription fees for longer commitments, such as ordering for 3 or 6 months.
• Pricing Changes: Subscription fees may change. Users will be notified of this at least 30 days in advance by email. Subscribers can accept the new prices or cancel the subscription.

6. Trial Period

A 7-day free trial period is available to try the services on VisAIonaryVenus.com once. The trial period conditions are as follows:

• Start: The trial period starts after registering credit card details in the STRIPE system. No money will be deducted at the beginning of the trial period, and the first deduction date can be viewed by clicking on the subscription.
• Access: During the trial period, users have full access to the daily premium content and services through the newsletter service, except for archived content.
• Interruption: The trial period can be interrupted for free until the deduction occurs. Users can cancel their subscription under the “MyAccount” page, the “Subscriptions” tab, using the “Cancel” button. The first deduction date can be viewed by clicking on the subscription.
• First Deduction: At the end of the trial period, if no cancellation has occurred, the subscription fee will be automatically deducted. Once the deduction has occurred, we cannot refund the deducted amount, and the service has started.
• Notification: Users will be notified by email about the start of the trial period and the upcoming first deduction.

7. Cancellation Terms

The cancellation of services on VisAIonaryVenus.com can be done under the following conditions:

• Cancellation during the trial period: The subscription can be canceled at any time during the trial period under the “MyAccount” page, the “Subscriptions” tab, using the “Cancel” button.
• Cancellation after the trial period: The subscription can be canceled at any time under the “MyAccount” page, the “Subscriptions” tab, using the “Cancel” button. The cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
• Deletion Requests: If there is no active subscription, we immediately delete the email account, web account, and all user data. Immediate deletion requests must be indicated by email to hello@visaionaryvenus.hu. These will be processed within 72 hours. If there is an active subscription, it must be canceled first, then the data deletion will be carried out as described above.
• Refunds: Once the deduction has occurred, we cannot refund the deducted amount.

8. Content Usage

The usage and sharing of content on VisAIonaryVenus.com are subject to the following rules:

• Personal Use: The content on the website is for personal use only. Users are not authorized to use the content for commercial purposes.
• Content Sharing: The content on the closed website cannot be shared. Even if the link is shared, the content is only visible to logged-in members. Sharing is only possible for content uploaded to social media.
• Downloading and Reposting: Downloading content from the closed site is not allowed, even for private purposes. Reposting the content in any form is prohibited.
• Copyright: All content on the website, including AI-generated images and stories, is the property of VisAIonaryVenus and is protected by copyright. Modifying, copying, or reusing the content in any way is prohibited.
• User Comments: Comments and ratings posted by users are also the property of the website and may be used freely by VisAIonaryVenus for promotional or other purposes.
